Description

The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to contract with Raytheon Systems Company, 2501 West University, McKinney Texas for all depot level maintenance, field support services, engineering support services and spare parts necessary to sustain the AN/APQ-174B Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) System installed on the MH-47E and MH-60K Special Operations Aircraft. Services shall be performed at Ft. Campbell Kentucky, the manufacturer's facilities and aircraft deployment locations as may be dictated by circumstances. The period of performance shall be 1 Jan 02 30 Sep 02. The contract shall contain 5 option years to continue services through 30 30 Dec 07. Raytheon Systems Company is the designer, developer and manufacture of the MMR. Raytheon Systems Company retains the patents and all proprietary data rights to the MMR. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the U.S. Special Operation Command. See Notes 22 and 26
