Modification: This serves as a Modification to the previously issued Pre-Solicitation Notice 50Q3J6 of June 28, 2001. Multiple Awards are not intended for this solicitaion. Instead, a single award is intended. Also, four (4) option years are possible. The previous notice incorrectly indicated the possibility of two (2) option years.
