Description

Single award term contract for period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, for the Federal Aviation Administration. Production area assumed to be within the Los Angeles, CA commercial zone. Production of diazo prints and various reprographic reproductions. Diazo prints: Approximately 1 order per year, approximately 10 copies per order, approximately 10 drawings per order. Sepia Intermediate prints: Approximately 1 order per year, approximately 1 copy per order, approximately 4 drawings per order. Bond or Vellum Prints: Approximately 48 orders per year, approximately 18 copies per order, approximately 58 drawings per order. Mylars: Approximately 3 orders per year, approximately 3 copies per order, approximately 2 prints per order. Film, optically clear image: Approximately 1 order per year, approximately 1 copy per order, approximately 4 films per order. Flattone Screen: Approximately 1 order per year, approximately 1 copy per order, approximately 4 drawings per order. Trim size: Diazo prints will be from 8-1/2 x 11" through 36 x 180", plus tail for plan filing. Diazo prints are approximately five square feet per print. Operations include copy pickup, camera work/film, copying, binding, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. One to three workday production schedule. Requirements for bidding are available by request via email or mail on your firms letterhead.
