Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ), subject to the availability of funds, intends to award a sole source purchase order for the lease of approximately thirty-three (33) commercial parking spaces at 901 E Street, NW, Washington, DC, for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, using simplified acquisition procedures. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Responses to this announcement must be received on or before August 31, 2001, 12:00 p.m. (eastern time) to be considered. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement [see Note 22].
