Description

Contractor is to supply all labor, materials, tools and equipment for Project #693-00-114 at the VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pa in accordance with construction drawings & specifications. Work shall consist of renovating the existing congregate shower room on the seventh floor of the main hospital building by repartitioning the area to create two private showers. Work will include but not be limited to the replacemnt of piping, fixtures, accessories and interior finishes and modifications to electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems. Some asbestos abatement will be required. NAICS 233320-$27.5M, Government estimate $25,000-$100,000. Subject to availability of funds. All requests for bid packages must be in writing on company letterhead and accompanied by a $35.00 non-refundable charge in the form of a check or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Bid packages will be available o/a 8/30/01.
