Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete work on the Columbia River and Willamette Rivers for ANT Astoria and CGC Bluebell. This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Emergency removal of damaged ATON structures that present a hazard to navigation. B. Improper characteristic work which includes non-emergency removal, replacement or repair of damaged ATON structures. C. Geodetic survey with minimum accuracy level of third order, class 1 shall be performed and a report shall be prepared for each ATON structure installed, when required by the Delivery Order. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is one calendar year from 20 October 2001 to 20 October 2002. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990. Small Business size standard is $17.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
