Description

SWIFT-HAMBY OBLITERATION on the Moose Creek Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. Work includes, partial road obliteration, culvert removal, recontouring draws, seeding, fertilizing and hand straw mulching. Location of Project: The beginning of the project work area is located approximately 11 miles south of Lowell, Idaho. From Lowell proceed southwesterly along US # 12 a distance of 0.25 miles to the junction with FDR # 223 (Highway District Road), thence southeasterly along Road #223 a distance of 2.60 miles to the junction with FDR # 470 , thence along Road # 470 a distance of 6.70 miles to the junction with Road # 470E, thence along Road #470E a distance of 0.40 miles to the junction of Road 470E1 and the beginning of the project. The work in the Hamby Drainage Road #9725 may be reviewed by proceeding southeasterly from junction of FDR #470 along (Highway District Road #223 4.10 miles to the junction of Road 651, thence along Road #651 16.65 miles to the junction of Road #464, thence along Road 464 southwesterly 0.40 miles to junction of Road #9725 and beginning of project. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Estimated start work is July 1, 2002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ R1-17-01-028 is issued as a Request For Quotations.
