SIC Code 3826,=20 NAICS Code 334516, Size Standard 500 employees. This is=20 a Sole Source procurement, synopsis published for=20 informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are=20 not available. This proposed contract action is for=20 procurement of an item for which the government intends=20 to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the=20 authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Argonaut=20 Technologies, San Carlos, CA. This notice of intent is not=20 a request for competitive quotations; however, all=20 quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the=20 issuance of this notice will be considered by the=20 government. A determination by the government not to=20 compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this=20 notice is solely within the discretion of the government. =20 Information received will normally be considered solely for=20 the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive=20 procurement.
