Description
Service and Maintenance Office Equipment The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and labor to maintain the following government owned equipment listed in this solicitation in operating order in accordance with manufacturer's specifications for the period of October 1,2001 through September 30, 2002. Off-set Duplicator, Model 1250M, Serial # 397269 Blanket Cleaner For 1250M, Serial# 397269 Chain Delivery Stacker, Model # 1215DS, Serial # 395228 Duplicator (off-set press)Model# 1450, Serial# 425136 AM Total Copy Sys 4 (off-set dup) Model 2850N, Serial# 380331 Am Total Copy 2400N (Master Imager), Model# 2400N, Serial# 31045 2-Color Off-Set Duplicator (Multilith Print Press) Model# 1652XE,Serial # 415936 Challenge Folder, Model CHPOW, Serial # PFA1986 Acme Stitcher, Model S3A3/4, Serial # 6723 Master Maker EP-867, Model 1330, Serial # 411100 Challenge Paper Cutter, Model CH265, Serial # 21068 Equipment is located at VA Medical Center, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Contractor shall perform full service (on-call) and preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Scheduled preventive maintenance shall include but not be limited to : technical inspection, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating, and replacement of all worn or damaged parts in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines and all Federal, State, and Local regulations (if applicable). For full service maintenance the government shall call the contractor for all machine problems or failures requesting service outside of preventive maintenance schedules. Full service shall include all labor, transportation, parts and anything else required to repair the equipment to manufacturer's specifications. Reconditioned parts are unacceptable. Should a machine have to be removed from its location, a comparable loaner machine shall be made available. Once the loaner machine is made operational, it shall stay in operation until such time as the government owned machine has been repaired, returned to it's location and put back on line for use.
