Description

This is a solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Issuance of this solicitation does not bind the Government to award a contract. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposal being requested and a written solicitation will not b e issued. This solicitation F13OTJ12122300 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12 and Defense Acquisition C ircular 91-13. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) Code is 331214, size standard is $5.Mil. Governme nt intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. Therefore, qualified contractors should submit a qu otation with their best overall lowest price. Small business, woman owned businesses are encouraged to respond. Quotes will be submitted in writing to 42 CONS/LGCB-Ms Holt, faxed to number listed or email at the address listed below. Quotes must be received no later that 2:00PM, Central Standard Time on 30 August 2001. SUMMARY OF PRODUCT: DA-LITE MULTI-MEDIA CART 200 each -- Double Decker Cart, two shelves to hold projector and laptop computer. These carts will be shipped to high school ROTC in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MI MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC and BELGIUM, ITALY and JAPAN.
