Description

Through a REVERSE AUCTION, to take place approximately 5 days after the closing date, the National Institutes of Health will purchase toilet tissue, Kimberly Clark (Scotts) catalog number 078050 or equal, to fit dispenser 09567 and paper towels Kimberly Clark (Kleenex) catalog number 01080 or equal to fit dispenser 09346, meeting the salient characteristics identified in the solicitation. Product proposed not fitting existing dispensers will require provision and installation of dispensers at no cost to the Government. This is a total Small Business set-aside. All other concerns regarding specifications are to be directed to Clifford B. Ross. Annual estimated quantity for each product is 3,640 cases, 12 rolls per case. It is anticipated that a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery (requirements) type contract will be awarded for a period of one year with four 12-month option periods. Invitation for Bid (IFB) RFQ-CC-01-17 to be issued on or about August 22, 2001. Closing date for responses is 14 calendar days after issuance. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing.
