Description
This is a Sources Sought announcement open worldwide. We are looking for companies whose capabilities and experience will offer the best technical, managerial and cost effective approach to accomplishing the mission contained in this Statement of Objectives. Interested parties should respond by providing a Point Of Contact and some information about their company and capabilities. The proposed acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 14.5. The mail address is; USACCK, Services Branch, ATTN: Ms. Cho, Unit #15289, APO AP 96205-0062. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES General. The contractor shall; Support realistic joint and combined arms training, focused on developing leaders and units under Training XXI Doctrine, CINC OPLAN 5027 and unit METL during rotations within the Korea Training Area and Korea Training Center. Provide training feedback to soldiers, leaders, and staffs at every echelon, platoon to brigade, as well as a flow of information to units, agencies, and training institutions to improve the force. Specific. The contractor shall; Provide Operations Group personnel to provide Brigade/Battalion staff interaction in the areas of operations, fire support, intelligence, engineer, aviation, and combat service support. Provide, operate, and maintain an Mobile Deployable Instrumentation Training System and video capture capability in support of Korea Training Area rotations (company and battalion task force). Assist training units in the planning and preparation of tactical scenarios for rotational unit execution. Provide feedback and instructions to the Army doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures. Prepare and conduct After Action Reviews (AARs). Observe and assist in the control of the planning, preparation, and execution of Task Force and brigade operations in the context of doctrinal standard and procedures. Assist in the organization, training, and employment of Observer/Controllers during Task Force maneuver rotations. Observe unit actions and assist EXDIR/EXCON in control of both the training unit and the OPFOR.
