Description

Indefinite Definite Indefinite Quantity Construction Trades and Crafts Firm Fixed Price Contract (100% HUBZone Set-Aside) to provide various construction services, including, but not limited to, equipment, personnel, supplies, fuel, maintenance, supervision, and materials (when specified) to perform certain construction tasks. Estimated duration for the contract award will be an initial base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) option period of twelve months each for a total not to exceed of sixty months. The anticipated amount for the base period and each option period is $200,000, with a not to exceed $1,000,000 for the life of the contract. The minimum guarantee amount for the initial twelve month base period is $4,000 and for the twelve month option periods is $2,000. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Amendments to this solicitation will be issued as Internet only. No additional media (Floppy Disks, Faxes, or Paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Intenet address: http://ebs.usace.army.mil. All offerors are requested to check the Fort Worth District Contracting Division Website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation.
