Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N46450-01-T-0068 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is issued on a unrestricted basis, NAICS Code 235990. NAS Galley, NAS Meridian MS., requires the removal of existing dishwasher and pot and pan washer and the installation of new Hobart FT922BD Flight Type dishwasher and Alvey SL-2D Two door pass thru pot and pan washer with turbowasher that has already been procured and is on-site. Service to include coordinating removal, modifications of existing equipment and installation of new equipment and any modifications to the locations that may be required to accommodate the new equipment and any parts or material necessary for the connection of the new equipment.
