Description

As part of the Veterans Healthcare Administration's Assisted Living Pilot Program, the Spokane Department of Veterans Affairs located at 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205, is seeking vendors/contractors to provide contracted Assisted Living services to eligible veterans in the following counties: Washington: Okanogan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry, Lincoln, Adams, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Spokane and Whitman; Idaho: Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, and Shoshone; Montana: Lincoln; Applicants must be those who are licensed providers of Assisted Living Services in facilities such as Adult Family Homes, Adult Foster Homes, Residential Care Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. All facilities wishing to participate in this program must accept Medicaid. The counties located in the states of Washington and Idaho that are listed below will be the first counties considered for this new program. Companies with franchises or affiliates please do inquire.
