Description

Janitorial services for one year starting October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002, with four one-year option periods, total duration not to exceed five years, for the Alaska Peninsula/Becharof National Wildlife Refuge. Approximate areas include: Refuge Office (3500sf), Fisheries Office (1152sf), and Bunkhouse (2000sf). Duties include but are not limited to: emptying trash, clean and sanitize restrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, dust mopping, cleaning of windows, strip and re-wax of floors, and carpet shampooing.
