Description

The United States Penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas has a requirement for contractor to construct and install a fire egress stairs to its medical building. The building is located inside the secure perimenter of the penitentiary. This is a small business set aside. Request for written bids will be recieved on the anticipated date of October 30, 2001. The estimate date of issuance of the solicitation is September 27, 2001. The performance period of this contract is one hundred and eighty days after reciept of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may sumit a bid and be considered by the agency for award.
