Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0305 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 as well as DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 1 EA, P/N HP3455A Digital Volt Meter; 1 EA, P/N HP438A Power Meter; 1 EA, P/N HP5340A Frequency Counter; 1 EA, P/N HP54501A O Scope; 1 EA, P/N HP6002A Power Supply; 1 EA, P/N HP8112A Pulse Generator;1 EA, P/N HP8350B Sweep Oscillator; 1 EA, P/N HP8566B Spectrum Analyzer; 1 EA, P/N HP 8673D RF Signal Source; 1 EA, P/N HP8757C Network Analyzer, 1 EA, P/N HP8970B Noise Figure Meter; 1 EA, HP8349B Amplifier. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 30 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price; please provide historical data with the quote. This requirement is issued on a sole source basis to Test Equipment Connection, 525 Technology Park, STE 153, Lake Mary, FL. Test Equipment Connection is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for this Test Equipment. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
