Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-01-T-0101 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Daniel Communications, Daphne, AL. . Justification: Supplies required are available from only one Manufacturer who holds the patent for the required supplies. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334113 with a size standard of 1000. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Fleetwood Systems Wireless Keypad , Part No. CSR 1200 (130 each), CLIN 0002, Digital Professor Software, V1.7 (1 each), CLIN 0003, Fleetwood Systems, Part No. CSR 920, Keypad Receiver (1 each). Delivery should be made within 30 days after award to Daniel Communications. Delivery shall be FOB origin. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (18), (19), (20), (21), The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5 (c) apply: None. The following clauses of DFARS 252.212-7001(b) apply: 252.225-7001. A completed copy of the following must be included with the quote: FAR 52.212-3, DFAR 252.212-7000. The following clause also applys, DFAR 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
