Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531 intends to negotiate with AudioCare Systems, 207 East King Street, Malvern, PA 19355 to perform DOS to NT Hardware Upgrade (8 lines) including the following other services: ACS application Set up for NT upgrade for existing applications (3 each); Annual software License renewal (2 each); On-site training and installation; and the upgrade to support 8 additional telephone lines, which includes Mtalk licenses and hardware. This proposed contract action is for the upgrade of the existing Medical Center Mumps audiofax system, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responses must be submitted no later than September 21, 2001, 4:00 P.M. local time .See numbered Note 22.
