Description

D-USDA, Rural Development intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Syntellect, Phoenix, AZ, for hardware/software maintenance services on the Government owned Syntellect integrated voice response unit. The platform consists of Syntellect Vista 96 port IVR with host interface, Vista IVR software, VistaView software, custom developed voice application, Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) hardware and software with peripherals. The period period will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The NAICS code is 811212. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response sumbitted must include all required evidence to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of the firm the submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received NLT 9/07/01.
