Description

Provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, expert supervision to include all travel expenses to perform repair/service and two (2) preventative maintenance visits on the following equipment located at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY: Beckman Protein Analyzer, Model -- Array 360, Serial # 5538; Beckman Chemestry Analyzer, Model CX3, Serial # 1262; Beckman Chemistry Analyzer, model CX3, serial #2625. Offers will only be accepted from established businesses. Staff must include a "fully qualified" FSE with a "fully qualified" back up FSE. Fully Qualified is based upon training and on experience in the field. FSE must have successfully completed a formalized training program for the equipment ot be maintained. NAICS Code 811219 with a $5 MIL threshold applies to this solicitation. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead, and may be faxed to the Contracting Officer @ 502/894-6115. Award is subject to availability of fiscal year funding.
