Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking Buy-Indian sources for a Board Certified Pediatrician, Optometrist and Podiatrist to work on a Multi-Year, Part-Time, Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract. The particular medical disciplines will be provided for the Sisseton PHS, IHS Hospital, 5 East Chestnut Street, Sisseton, SD 57262. The RFQ-01-097 -- Optometry Service -- The contractor must be established within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Sisseton, South Dakota. The patients who qualify for optometry services are required to set up their own appointments and provide their own transportation. The RFQ-01-098 -- Podiatry Service -- The contractor will hold a half day clinic one day a month, each month for twelve (12) months. The RFQ-01-096 -- Pediatric Service -- The contractor will provide a clinic day, the first Friday of each month for twelve (12) months.
