- THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Provide Armored Car Services for the VA Outpatient Clinic, Columbus, OH and the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH. Contractor will provide armored car services for each medical facility to a local bank. Services will be provided daily at the VAOPC Columbus and Mondays, Wednesday and Friday at the VAMC Chillicothe except Federal holidays. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
