Description

Portland VAMC will be replacing 17 Cobe/Gambro Centry 3's, 3 of which have piggyback RO's for acute patients. The replacement device will be a single patient hemodialysis unit for chronic and acute care application. Device must be FDA approved. Device will be portable with wheels or castors. Device will be capable of stand-alone operation with external RO water treatment for acute applications. Stand-alone RO must be compatible with the dialysis device. Service training will be included for 2 technicians including travel and lodging. Device will have a minimum warranty of 1 year including parts, labor and travel.Device will be delivered to Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. Requests for solicitation must be in writing addressed to above or faxed to 503-402-2914. Verbal requests will not be honored. All responsible responses will be evaluated. Solicitations will be available o/a September 7, 2001. Responses must be received no later than September 24, 2001, or as dated in the solicitation.
