Description
This amendment is issued to extend the closing date until 7 September 2001, 3:00 P.M and to increase the quantity from 900 each to 2900 each. Due to this change in quantity, FAR Provision 52.211-9 Desired and Required Time of Delivery, paragraph (a) is amended to read; DESIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE, Item no. 0001 Quantity 200, within 14 days after date of contract, Quantity 700 within 45 days after date of contract, quantity 500 within 90 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 120 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 150 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 180 days after date of contract. If the offeror is unable to meet the desired delivery schedule, it may, without prejudicing evaluation of its offer, propose a delivery schedule below. However, the offeror's proposed delivery schedule must not extend the delivery period beyond the time for delivery in the Government's required delivery schedule as follows: REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE Item no. 0001 Quantity 200, within 21 days weeks after date of contract, Quantity 700 within 60 days after date of contract, quantity 500 within 100 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 130 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 160 days after date of contract, Quantity 500 within 190 days after date of contract.
