Description

Kevlar cloth, natural yellow, tensile strength: wrap 900 LBS/IN, fill 930 LBS/IN, Weave: plain, weight: 6 to 8.3 oz/sq yd nominal, warp and fill count: 31 nom, yarn denier: 1000 nom, fabric provided on rolls of random lengths (max 150 yards long), 48 to 72 inches wide. Data is required providing the results of detrimental material testing. Qty: 2,500 linear yards with an option for 1,000 yards which may be exercised within one year. Contract will also include options for 3,500 yards within two years and 3,500 yards within 3 years of contract. All deliveries to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
