Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Susitna Club Mother's Day Brunch to be held on May 12, 2002. We are seeking $1000 for specialty desserts, carnations for mom, decorations, gift certificates. Appoximately 800-1000 attendees at the event. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsors will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than May 10, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of The United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
