Description

Scarce medical specialist services to provide one (1) Urologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VA), 2401 West Main Street, Marion, IL. The successful offeror will be required to provide services at the VA from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The physician must be board certified or board eligible in Urology. The period of performance for this contract will be for a three-month period beginning on or about October 1, 2001, with one additional three month option by the Government. The applicable NAICS is 561320. Requests for quotations will be available in electronic and hard copy form on or before August 29, 2001.
