Description
This note constitutes Amendment No. 2 to the synopsis for the Hydrographic Reconnaissance Littoral Mapping Device (HRLMD) System, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office, Expeditionary Warfare (PEO EXW), Naval Special Warfare Program Office, Sources Sought appearing in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) on June 13, 2001. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject synopsis/sources sought and a written amendment will not be issued. Under the original CBD announcement there was a $25 fee for the electronic copy of the (CD-ROM) HRLMD Preliminary Data Technical Package (PTDP). THIS AMENDMENT WAIVES THE $25 FEE FOR THE ELECTRONIC COPY (CD-ROM) OF THE HRLMD PTDP. Under the original CBD Announcement the due date for prospective contractors to provide a statement of qualification, point of contact or name of authorized representation and phone number was July 10, 2001. THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE DEADLINE FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS TO OCTOBER 8, 2001. Under the original CBD announcement the mailing address given was Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, ATTN: Sonja L. Truehart-McKinney, Code SEA 026, 2531 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22242-5160. THIS AMENDMENT CHANGES THE ADDRESS TO: COMMANDER, ATTN: SEA 02631G, NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND, 1333 ISAAC HULL AVENUE SE STOP 2050, WASHINGTON NAVY YARD DC 20376-2050. LASTLY, THIS AMENDMENT INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS" ("NOFORN") "A foreign disclosure review of the technical data has been accomplished. The originator and SPECWARCOM have determined that information/technical data may not be disclosed or released, in any form, to foreign governments, international organizations, coalition partners, foreign nationals, or immigrant aliens without originator approval, IAW SECNAVIST 5510.36. Foreign firms are advised that they will not be allowed to participate as prime or subcontractor at any level; there will be no foreign involvement on this program"
