Description
Provide labor and materials for full maintenance on four (4) Dover traction elevators, two (2) Dover hydraulic elevators and one (1) Esco hydraulic elevator and one (1)Atlas dumbwaiter for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with an option to extend service up to four additional years. Requests for commercial item package must be received in writing either by fax (970) 244-7721 or email. Subject to the availability of FY 02 fudning. See numbered note #26.
