Description

Orthopedic Specialty Physician services to be provided to the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. The contract physician will be predominately assigned at the Castle Point campus, Castle Point, NY, however if future dictates occasionally may have to address consults at FDR, Montrose NY and/or various clinics. 0.4 FTEE equivelant (16 hours weekly) are expected. Physician must be licensed in any state in USA, American citizen, Board certified, speak the english language proficiently. All requests for solicitations will be in writing. Solicitations will be available O/A 9/12/2001. Proposals due NLT 4:30pm 10/12/01.
