Description

DESC> The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single source contract to James Hardesty Excavating in Galt, California for demolition of old buildings, rehabilitation of the existing parking area, and for digging out and repacking the pipe and water control structure in Pond 3 at the Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, Elk Grove, California. We have sought other sources and recognize James Hardesty Excavating as the source most reliable to be fair and reasonable in price as they are in the local proximity of Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge.
