The DOE Germantown location is an extension of the DOE Headquarters located in Washington, DC. AFCEA is an international non-profit association that represents the professional communications, electronics, intelligence, and information systems community. The Association is widely recognized for excellence, high ethical standards and quality, and is considered by top decisionmakers to be the preeminent forum in the field.
