Description

Services and materials necessary to conduct a focused study skills and cultural awareness training program to teach sailors aboard U.S. Navy ships. Period of performance is not exceed one year, and will include three seperate 3 month tours on board the ships. A full Statement of Work, and evaluation criterial to be provided with solicitation package.
