Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract. Quote under solicitation number DAHA51-01-T-0067 is requested. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-27. Solicitation document includes the following provisions and clauses: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference, and 52.252-2 Contract Clauses Incorporated by Reference. The SIC code for this procurement is 5561, Recreational Vehicle Dealers. The size standard for this SIC code is $5 million. The government intends to award without discussion. The Alaska Army National Guard has a requirement for 120 Snow Machine Helmets. Helmets must be "full face", have a face shield, and color must be white. They must meet or exceed Department of Transportation requirements. Required sizes: 60 large, 40 medium, and 20 small. Government intends to purchase the maximum allowed based on available dollars. Desired delivery shall be 90 days after date of contract and acceptance shall be made FOB Destination, freight charges included in the unit price to Alaska Army National Guard, Building 49-140, Fort Richardson, AK 99505-2610. Delivery shall be made as specified unless otherwise modified. Partial deliveries will be accepted.
