Item: Tension Device, Track. NSN: 2530-01-345-8887 and 2530-01-345-8888. P/N: 12344836 and 12344837. Minimum first year quantity for each NSN is 400 each. Maximum 3 year quantity for each NSN is 1,200 each. Option: None. FOB Point: Destination. Award will be made equally to the two responsive, responsible offerors who provide the best value to the Government. First Article Testing (FAT)is required for both NSNs. See Note 01. The offer date is on or about October 31, 2001 (See solicitation for actual offer due date). Solicitation is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside.
