Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0307, applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 19.502(a). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25 and DCN 20000606. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511. The following is a sole-source to Litton Electro-Optical Systems, 12024 Foretgate Drive, Dallas, Texas 75243. The requirement is for: CLIN 0001 a quantity of 2000 each P/N: 243536-100, Bumper Eyepiece. CLIN 0002 a quantity of 1000 each P/N: 243535-100 Battery Cap Retainer. CLIN 0003 a quantity of 1000 each Battery Cap Assembly P/N: 39108359. CLIN 0004 a quantity of 1000 each Eyeguard Assembly P/N: 242957-100. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane, In 47522. Final inspection will be at NSWC, Crane, IN. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery will be 90 days after award.
