This item is restricted to Boeing, RT. 291 And Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA., 190 78-1099, Cage-CD, 77272 and Parker Hannifin Corp., 14 Robbins Pond RD., Ayer, MA. 01432-5641, Cage-Cd(86329). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicatation wi ll not close prior to the date in Block 10. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current versions of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the requi red item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their inte rest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. This requirement has a Distribution Code D, which means, This Acquisition contains technical Data whose export is restricted by the arms export control act(Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
