Description
This is an unrestricted procurement for the Egyptian Air Force consisting of two (2) each variable attenuators, P/N C89-201(905) with operating manuals, one (1) set of trouble shooting, operation & maintenance manuals, IPB's and Calibration procedures. Requested delivery is two (2) weeks After Date of Order (ADO). The FOB point is Destination, Lakehurst NJ. Any company interested in supplying part number C89-201(905) with all requested manuals listed above may sent a price quotation and proposed delivery schedule to Contracting Officer, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code 25211CD, Bldg. 129-2, Rt. 547, Lakehurst NJ 08733. Written proposals must be received no later than 2 p.m. EST, 11 Sept. 2001. The outside of the envelope/package must be marked with quotation number and stamped or marked "Proposal, Do Not Open In Mailroom". Any company wishing to supply an equivalent product (not the item/part number described above) may submit a complete physical and operational description, technical data, electrical and mechanical data and any other data sufficiently descriptive to allow a complete evaluation the proposed attenuators. Contractors must also submit a quotation for the proposed attenuators and required manuals, including price and delivery schedule to Contracting Officer, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code 25211CD, Bldg. 129-2, Rt. 547, Lakehurst NJ 08733 no later than 2 p.m. EST, 11 Sept 2001. The outside of the envelope/package must be marked with quotation number and stamped or marked "Proposal, Do Not Open In Mailroom". The proposed equivalent item must meet the form, fit and function of P/N C89-201(905) and must be capable of working properly with and in conjunction with the E2C aircraft and its equipment. The proposed item will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the Egyptian Air Force. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject summarily any and all proposals not meeting the needs of the Egyptian Air Force. See Notes 13 & 23.
