Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, Multi-Site Contracts and Midwest Area Commands Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to NetManage Canada, 2 Gurdwara Road, Ottawa Ontario Canada, K2E 1A2. This acquisition is for software license renewal and maintenance for the period 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, at the Defense Enterprise Computing Centers (DECCs) Columbus OH; Ogden UT; Oklahoma City; and St. Louis. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are SIM 3278 VTAM;; SIMXFER CICS; and SPLIT SECOND. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
