Description

The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Bell South, 2180 Lake Blvd., Floor 11B01, Atlanta, GA 30319, for local telephone service to include: 5 ea Interface-Voice/Data (Standard); 115 ea B-Channels-Voice Data (Standard); 5 ea D-channels-Voice/Data (Standard); 900 ea telephone numbers for voice/data and digital data inward/2 way; 25 ea end used common line (EUCL); 25 ea telecommunications relay service; 5 ea excess line port charge-PRI; 5 ea local number portability; 25 ea federal universal service charge; circuit location #1; termination 478 272-1210.
