- The successful proposer shall design, develop and implement a web-site to the specifications in the solicitation. General design elements will include accessibililty, usability, appeal, functionality and ease of incorporating future features. Although the Agency has some specific requirements, we are also interested in you ideas for content, and more specifically your approach in designing the style of the web-site. We encourage the proposer to consider and propose alternative solutions and recommendations.
