It is the intent of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, Arkansas to negotiate on a sole source basis with UptoDate, Inc. of Wellsley, MA for a one-year subscription for multi-discipline clinical reference material in electronic form, providing ready reference to current consult-level topics. Textbook style presentation and length is not appropriate for this purpose. The product must be operable on a local area network or accessible via the Internet, and site license, for unlimited number of users, using concurrent seat licensing limitation.
