Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor Healthcare System is soliciting offers from all responsible sources who can provide PMI and repair on medical imaging systems, including but not limited to, (1)GE Signa Horizon, 1.5T GE Cryogens, (2) Picker PQ 6000, (3) GE Advantx LC, Biplane, 9" II, (4) GE Advantx LC, Single Plane, 12" II, (5) GE High-speed Advantage CT with SIM, (6) Siemens Polystar, Single Plane, 12" II, (7) Siemens Multistar T.O.P., Single, 12" II, (8) Siemens Neurostar, Biplane, 12" II, and (9) GE R&F Legacy, 12" II. The contract award is anticipated for October 1, 2001, to continue until September 30, 2002, with four pre-priced option years running October 1, through September 30, of each option year. Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be available on or about August 31, 2001. Request for Proposals (RFPs) may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist. Written requests might include faxed, e-mailed, or courier delivered requests, and must contain requester's Company Name, Address, Contact Point, Telephone, and Facsimile number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered for award.
