Description

The original solicitation/synopsis posted on 31 May 01 is being cancelled due to new requirements which have changed the general scope of the contract. It is in the best interest not to amend the current contract but rather issue a new contract. A new solicitation package will be put together in the near future for any and all prospective vendors to bid on. The format in all likelihood will be different from the previous solicitation but the services sought will remain the same, with a few exceptions.
