101811M757, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single source contract to the Utah State University to perform GIS services for Mosaic Imaging, converting to a Map Base. Once all the finalized image classification protcols have been completed, USU will process all existing imagery to generate the GIS coverages for the vegetation/habitat classes for the project.
