Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service, Maxwell AFB -- Gunter Annex, AL for the period of Date of Award through August 31, 2002. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of Compact Disc-Read Only Memory (CD-ROM) requiring such operations as mastering, replication of CD-ROM's, printing of title on discs, printing, binding, and packaging of various printed products, packing, and delivery. Approximately 30 orders per year. Various stocks required. Printing in up to six ink colors. Various construction and binding styles. Approximately 80% of all orders will deliver f.o.b. destination to the MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL area. Balance will deliver to Albany, GA. Orders must be completed and delivered within 5 to 10 workdays.
