Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service, Redstone Arsenal, AL for the period of November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of books with separate or self-covers requiring such operations as film-making, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and shipping. Approximately 300 orders per year. Format "A" -- up to 8-1/2 x 11"; Format "B" -- over 8-1/2 x 11" up to and including 17 x 11". Films required on all orders. Stock includes 50# White Offset and 110# Colored Index. All printing in black ink. Binding, looseleaf, 2 stitches on left side; shrink-film wrapping individually. Approximately 96% of all copies will deliver f.o.b. destination to St. Louis, MO with balance mailing f.o.b. contractor's city using furnished labels. Complete production, delivery, and mailing must be made within 15 to 30 workdays.
