Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to renovate 2nd floor of the Chesapeake Bay System Management Offices (CBSMO), Leesburg, Virginia. This project consists of 5000 sq. ft. renovation of the second floor of the FAA, Chesapeake Bay System Management Offices (CBSMO) building with major work items including relocating wall partitions, installing new roof mounted heat pumps and modifying existing ductwork, constructing new office space at the second floor level in an existing open stairwell, installing new carpeting, lighting, ceiling and replacing all existing finishes, located at 821 East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia. The estimated price range for construction is between $150,000,000 and $185,000,000.00.
